"I recently purchased an auto policy through State farm, in the beginning of the month. Effective would have been 9/1/2025. Paid 3 months up front, and where did for mail ID cards and policy. Never received one piece of mail nor my ID cards at my address. Instead address located in a different town was getting all State farm mail. Could not understand why they could not update the proper information. When quoted price was told I could pay my policy before, of course, 6 mos. That was changed to need to pay ASAP! Only for new customer. Made numerous calls weekly to inform about the problem with the mail, only then found out about the payment problem. Absolutely too much stress and frustration 4 weeks, which led to cancellation before effective date. We'll have to wait 10 business days for my refund of over $550, check being mailed! I sure hope it gets to my address! Nothing like more frustration and stress waiting to hopefully receive my money back as fast as they took it!"
